A secure, comprehensive life documentation platform that ensures the right people have the right information at exactly the right moment — whether that moment comes during a medical emergency, after a loss, or simply when a loved one needs to step in and help.
Nothing important lost. Nothing overlooked. Nothing inaccessible.
Visit MyLifeFolioMyLifeFolio is your single source of truth — the platform where you document, organize, and protect everything that matters about your life, your wishes, and your legacy.
From vital records and financial accounts to personal wishes, healthcare directives, and end-of-life preferences — it is all in one place, with precisely controlled access for the people who need it.
"The document, the account, the wish, the story — always where it needs to be, always in the hands of the right person."
MyLifeFolio organizes your life across 23 comprehensive categories. Every section is designed to capture not just the facts, but the context, the wishes, and the instructions that give those facts meaning.
Birth certificates, passports, Social Security cards, marriage certificates, licenses — with document numbers, issuing authorities, dates, and physical storage locations.
Complete household documentation: owner, spouse or partner, and unlimited children entries with full contact details and relationship notes.
A living family directory with contact details for every family member — invaluable when an executor or trustee needs to identify and locate beneficiaries.
Your local support network: who has a house key, who knows about your health, who is authorized for welfare checks, and emergency contact priority. This section can be a lifesaver — literally.
Attorneys, CPAs, wealth managers, insurance agents, bankers — with specialties, contact information, and how long each has served you. Your family will know exactly who to call and why.
Conditions, medications, allergies, surgical history, devices, physicians, pharmacies, and insurance — comprehensive documentation that speaks for you when you cannot.
Preferred hospitals, DNR status, living will specifics, organ donation preferences, and advance directives — with the location of each signed document noted. When seconds matter, your family will not have to guess.
Preferred care settings, specific facilities, staffing preferences, quality-of-life definitions, and ranked priorities — giving your family permission to act on your wishes rather than argue over them.
Memory care preferences, comfort activities, the people who should be most involved in your care, and specific instructions. Leave your loved ones with clarity, not guesswork.
Bank accounts, investments, retirement accounts, life insurance, real estate, vehicles, business interests, digital assets — a complete financial picture with values and document locations.
Email, cloud storage, social media, cryptocurrency, and subscriptions — with credentials, two-factor authentication details, and instructions for what should happen to each account. This section alone can save families months of frustration.
Pensions, Social Security, rental income, annuities, recurring bills — with amounts, frequencies, and payment details. An executor or surviving spouse will know immediately what is coming in and what must keep going out.
Active businesses, passive investments, buy-sell agreements, succession plans, key contacts, most recent valuation, and a "First 48 Hours" continuity plan. A business that survives its owner's death requires planning.
Books, music, patents, oil and gas rights, mineral rights — with payment schedules, annual income, transferability, and tax treatment. These often-overlooked streams can be significant estate assets.
Jewelry, art, antiques, collectibles, wine — with appraised values, provenance, insurance riders, and named beneficiaries. Including instructions for what to do if no one wants an item — and who it must not go to.
Complete inventory with NFA registration, Form 4/tax stamp details, concealed carry permits, desired recipients, and a legal-transfer flag for each intended recipient. Helps families avoid costly transfer mistakes.
Your final arrangements on your own terms: burial or cremation preferences, cemetery, funeral home, memorial service wishes, pre-paid arrangements, and contract locations. Spare your family from impossible decisions.
The heart of MyLifeFolio — ethical will, legacy letters, personal history, stories, reflections, cherished memories, legacy videos, and obituary preparation. Not just what you owned, but who you were.
Favorite organizations, preferences for memorial donations, scholarship funds, and legacy giving — with personal notes explaining why each cause matters to you. Let your generosity speak for you long after you are gone.
Alarm codes, safe combinations, pool and lawn maintenance, vendor contacts, access codes, and service schedules — everything someone needs to manage your home competently and immediately.
Country club, yacht club, and social organization memberships with transferability, resale value, dues, and key contacts. Also captures board positions and volunteer commitments.
Frequent flyer and hotel loyalty accounts, timeshares, travel agents — with account numbers and balances. Loyalty balances represent real value; this section ensures they are not abandoned.
Complete pet profiles with vet information, feeding and medication instructions, behavioral notes, designated caretakers, pet trust details, and monthly care costs. The people who love your pets will know exactly how to care for them.
One of MyLifeFolio's most powerful features is the ability to grant carefully controlled access to family members, friends, advisors, or anyone else you choose — giving each person a window into only the portions of your information you want them to see.
For each section of MyLifeFolio, you decide the access level. You can keep something entirely private — visible to you alone — or open specific sections to specific people. You are in complete control of who sees what, section by section.
When you grant someone access, you simply associate their email address with the sections you have chosen to share. When that person needs to view your information — during a health crisis, to help manage your affairs, or simply because you have asked them to — they visit MyLifeFolio, enter their email address, and the system sends a secure one-time access code to that email. When they enter the code, MyLifeFolio identifies them, looks up exactly what you have authorized them to see, and displays only that information. Nothing else. Nothing more.
There is no separate password to create or remember. There is no risk of accidentally exposing sections you meant to keep private. The system enforces your choices automatically.
The result is a system that works the way you actually think about information sharing: not all-or-nothing, but carefully calibrated to each relationship and each need.
The Secure Document Vault lets you upload and store the actual documents that matter most — not just references to them, but the files themselves — directly alongside their corresponding records. When someone needs a document, they will find it immediately, without searching through filing cabinets, desk drawers, or email archives.
Your family, your attorney, your trustee, or your agent under a power of attorney can access exactly what they need — immediately, from anywhere — rather than discovering too late that the document they need is nowhere to be found.
The Credential Vault is a dedicated, encrypted space for storing the login credentials your family will need to access your online accounts — after you are gone, or if you become unable to manage them yourself. These are not just passwords. They are the keys to significant portions of your financial, personal, and creative life that exist entirely online.
For each account, store the service name, username or email address, password, two-factor authentication method, recovery phone or email, and any special access notes. Without this information, families routinely lose access to priceless photographs, significant financial accounts, and meaningful digital content — permanently.
The Custom Reports feature gives you the ability to create tailored, shareable snapshots of your MyLifeFolio information — built around exactly what a specific person or situation requires.
The level of control is granular. You can build a report that includes an entire section — say, your complete Financial Overview — or go deeper and select only specific categories within a section, or even individual items within a category. Want to share your bank accounts and retirement accounts but not your investment accounts or life insurance? You can do that. Want to include only the medications list from your Medical History, without sharing your diagnoses or surgical history? That is possible too. You define the report; the platform assembles it.
Once configured, save your report with a name of your choosing. That saved report is always available to regenerate on demand — reflecting your most current information every time it is produced. Create as many report configurations as you need, each tailored to a different recipient or purpose.
Built-in audio guides walk you through each section so you always know what to enter and why.
A guided setup process gets you started quickly and confidently, step by step.
A dashboard shows your completion percentage across all categories so you always know where you stand.
Works seamlessly on desktop, tablet, and mobile — wherever life takes you.
You are being asked to store some of the most personal information you own — family details, financial accounts, medical records, legal documents, end-of-life wishes, and online credentials. We take that responsibility with the seriousness it deserves. Here is a transparent account of the protections we have implemented at every layer of the platform.
All traffic is routed through an enterprise-grade global security network with DDoS protection, a Web Application Firewall (WAF) blocking OWASP Top 10 threats, bot protection on all login forms, and always-on HTTPS with automatic redirect of unencrypted requests.
Every data table enforces security at the individual row level — at the database itself, not just the application layer. The database ensures you can only read, create, update, or delete your own data. Even if application code had a bug, the database would still block unauthorized access.
Layer 1: Encryption in transit (HTTPS). Layer 2: Encryption at rest — all stored data is encrypted even if physical storage were compromised. Layer 3: Client-side field encryption for the Credential Vault — passwords are encrypted in your browser before they ever leave your device, using the same class of encryption used by governments and financial institutions.
Encryption keys for the Credential Vault are derived from a passphrase only you know. We never see or store it. Without it, the encrypted data is unreadable — even to us. A one-time recovery key is generated at setup; if you lose both, we cannot decrypt your vault. This is by design.
Email verification is required before access. Secure one-time codes eliminate password reuse risk. Re-authentication is required to access sensitive sections — protecting against someone accessing an unlocked device. Token-based sessions cannot be forged.
Every family member access is logged with date, time, who accessed, and which sections they viewed. Highly sensitive data like Social Security numbers is automatically masked even for authorized family members. Access can be revoked with a single click, effective immediately.
All billing is handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — the highest level of payment security certification in the industry. Your card numbers and billing details never touch our servers or database.
Uploaded documents are stored in private, non-public storage — no publicly accessible URLs. Each user's files are isolated from all others. Only permitted file types can be uploaded. All stored files are encrypted at rest.
Your data is protected by a global security network with DDoS protection and a web application firewall · row-level security enforced at the database on every table · three layers of encryption: in transit, at rest, and client-side field encryption for your most sensitive credentials · re-authentication requirements for sensitive sections · comprehensive browser security policies · PCI Level 1 payment processing · a complete audit trail of all family access · secret keys that are never exposed to the browser.
